The Hispanic Wellness Fair will be Aug.6th, from 9:00 to3:00 Please reserve the day to work with Prevent Blindness Texas. Same format as last year. #1 we need a doc. #2 we need the MVC trailer etc,etc. I'll beglad to help the LOEB when I am available.I have reserved this day. The next Scheduled Mobile Vision Clinic is this Saturday, June 11th at the Grapevine Senior Citizen. There are 35 clients with appointments at the current time, and we are expecting some walk-ins. Directors: Please respond if you will or will not be assisting with this Clinic.

Nancy Holt will serve on the Board--if she doesn't always have to travel far to Sunday meetings. She likes the idea of internet meetings. Also, she is contacting Tom about possibly moving July MVU visit later in the month to coincide with the first health fair in the community--especially now that Doran is no longer in Cleburne. If that will work the July MVU visit will be in the large metropolis of Joshua--at the UMC (hey, it's closer to you than Cleburne is).

Nancy has contacted me inregards to July MVU. We will do it the last Saturday of July. July 30. Do to the new family that I have this will be a problem. The family is having a birthday get together at Lake Tenkiller that weekend. It is to be a suprise for me. Therfore I will need someone else to get the Unit to Joshua Methodist Church that weekend.

Tom, Did you get someone to pull the mobile unit to Joshua on the 30th of July. I could do that if needed. I know nothing about set up. Let me know.
